Chiesa di San Donato a Lamole

The church of San Donato a Làmole is located in Lamole, a fraction of Greve in Chianti in the province of Florence. The church, of Romanesque origin, was changed in 1860. Inside, with a single nave, some seventeenth-century paintings are preserved: in the counter-façade, near the door, a Madonna and Child with Saints, from the Florentine school of the early seventeenth century.

Composed by a single nave, it preserves inside some seventeenth-century paintings: on the counter-façade, near the door, a Madonna with Child and Saints, from the Florentine school of the early seventeenth century.
On the first left altar a mystical Marriage of Saint Catherine and saints, close to the manner of Matteo Rosselli, on the second a canvas with the Virgin and Child and saints perhaps from the Sienese school. Behind the main altar a triptych of the Florentine school of the 14th century .
